Dog Bark Collars Troubleshooting
All the barking dog collars we provide come with warranties and great customer service backup. This is to ensure that we can still cater to our customers even after purchase. During usage, it is unavoidable to encounter some technical problems with the dog bark collars. Most customers are easily alarmed, therefore contacting customer service immediately. While that is the most suggested thing to do, that can eat some time. What customers do not know is that they can already troubleshoot the usual minor problems of a bark control device. That is why we have placed here some troubleshooting tips to guide customers in solving the simple problems. on anti dog bark collars.
My dog keeps barking (does not respond to the Static Correction).
- Tighten the barking dog collars and/or trim the dog’s hair where the Contact Points touch his neck to ensure good skin contact.
- Test the bark control device (see “To Test the Dog Bark Collars” section).
- Increase the Correction Mode.
- Replace the battery.
- Contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-2677.
The Indicator Light keeps flashing
- Make sure the Mode Switch is not set to TEST.
- Replace the battery.
- If the light continues to flash with a new battery, contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-2677.
If the dog continues to bark test the receiver by:
- Dragging the center probe across a rough surface for at least 10-12".
If receiver does not beep
- Change the battery and insure proper polarity.
- If still inoperable, call customer service.
If it beeps but dog does not heed correction
- Tighten collar
- Trim hair where probes make contact
If difficulty continues
